Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in original condition (not worn, washed, or damaged), with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping charges:

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, wrong size, or any reason not caused by us, the shipping cost will be collected from the customer.
  • If the return is due to our error (damaged product, wrong item, or manufacturing defect), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including: sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

For size changes, we provide free shipping on the exchange. The fastest way is to request a return first. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you the replacement item with free shipping.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
